I grew up in London where I developed an affinity for tennis from an early age. Having coached tennis as far as North America during 1996, I grew an interest in body mechanics which led me to my first degree in Human Physiology at the University of Westminster.

It was not until much later that I sought an osteopath for a tennis related shoulder complaint. I was impressed with the broad approach that was adopted, which aimed to focus on many areas such as lifestyle and injury prevention, as well as just treatment. This holistic approach helped me to gain better results and sustain my fitness for competition.

I chose to study at the British School of Osteopathy where I graduated in June 2009. There is not a day that goes by where I am not amazed by the potential of osteopathy and feel lucky to be part of such a wonderful profession.
